Spec Homes: We typically have a number of standing new homes available. Traditionally financed, these homes are generally move-in ready and offer great value.
Pre-Sale Homes: Often we have lots available and can build a specific home plan with your custom touches. Generally,Triad Homes secures construction financing and the buyer selects their finishes of choice while offering earnest money for security. This is a great way to go if you're looking to have those special upgrades in your home, but would like us to take care of everything for you.
Builder Direct: If you're looking to build a custom home, "builder direct" can work the best. When choosing a lot or land, you can go about it two ways: pick the lot and then find a house plan or determine your house plan and then find the matching lot. Either way works and we're experienced in helping you select just the right spot. After your lot purchase, you then secure construction loans and act as your own "project manager" while working with us. The benefit? This can often be the most economical way to get a customized home.
