As they saying goes . . . hard work pays off. Triad Homes has won three awards at this summer's 2009 COBA Tour of Homes: Best of Show, Best Interior Finish and Best Master Suite for homes priced $300,000 - $400,000.
This year's Tour featured 42 new homes throughout Central Oregon. Visitors were invited to come see these homes whether they're a prospective buyer, happy neighbor or someone just interested in seeing our region's best in building and design.
The Triad Tour of Homes entry was located in NorthWest Crossing. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,144 square foot, this versatile home offered extensive tile, hardwood floors, rich custom cabinetry and built-ins, three outdoor living spaces, efficient storage, Earth Advantage certification and lovely territorial views.
Our home was sold prior to the Tour and is now happily occupied by new owners. Photos are shown above.
